A leading investment firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Investment Proposition Reporting Manager to join their Product Communications and Reporting Department. This role involves enhancing the customer experience through clear reporting and managing stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in investment reporting within a Pension & Savings context and excellent communication skills. The position offers flexibility in working arrangements.

Salary and benefits: Up to £50,000 dependent upon experience plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by transforming complex investment information into clear, engaging, and accessible reporting, supporting our ambition to deliver high quality, customer focused fund and solution communications.
You will be responsible for the collaborative process of design and refinement of ideas with stakeholders by proactively gathering insight to feed into the design process around how our customers, clients and stakeholders think and feel about our investment related content along with being able to represent projects/activities and provide technical consultancy, providing guidance to others and apply knowledge and judgement in making recommendations.
You will develop and manage relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels, providing support and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery of objectives along with assimilating complex and detailed technical information to present in a clear, understandable and persuasive way, to a variety of audiences including senior staff and cross-divisional/external stakeholders.
