Pantera Partners are working with a leading multi-national infrastructure fund manager to appoint an Investment & Portfolio Management Director to join its London office. With a global footprint and a focus across energy transition, digital, and social infrastructure, the platform has a growing portfolio across the UK and Europe, managing high-impact joint development and equity partnerships.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the investment team and senior stakeholders, playing a key leadership role in driving portfolio performance and delivering strategic value across a diversified set of portfolio companies.

This is a rare opportunity to join an experienced Portfolio Management team, within a highly regarded infrastructure platform. The successful candidate will operate at board level, advising management teams, coaching C-suite executives, and leading complex operational turnarounds.

You will also support due diligence during the investment process and help shape the future of next-generation energy and infrastructure assets.

Interested candidates will:

• Bring significant experience in strategy consulting, performance improvement, or operating partner roles, ideally with client-side exposure
• Have proven ability to lead strategic portfolio initiatives and drive measurable value creation across multiple asset classes
• Be confident engaging in difficult board-level conversations, with a track record of guiding leadership teams to meet performance targets
• Have a deep understanding of energy transition technologies, with experience in infrastructure sectors including digital, transportation, and renewable energy
• Be capable of overseeing pipeline and commercial performance of multiple developers post-investment, delivering on fund KPIs and value targets
• Possess outstanding stakeholder management skills, able to align partners, shareholders, and fund managers around common goals
• Thrive in a fast-paced, globally active environment with a collaborative team culture
