Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join our EU operating entity, HANetf EU (the “Firm”) with responsibility for overseeing our investment managers throughout the complete product lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities and Scope of Role

The responsibilities will include:

1. Work with the business development team on the sales process to prospective clients/manager.
2. Work closely with the product/operations teams to onboard new clients/investment managers to the platform.
3. Conduct regular calls with delegated investment managers/distributors to ensure compliance with any relevant regulatory requirements and to ensure client remains satisfied with the platform services being provided.
4. Monitoring the performance of the HANetf ETPs versus relevant peers/benchmarks etc.

Role Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

1. 5+ years of work experience in a related role.
2. Good skills with regard to project management, problem solving and stakeholder management.
3. Knowledge of the asset management sector and the related regulatory landscape.
4. Proven expertise in relevant topics, e.g. tracking error, fund performance, ETF products etc.
5. Proficient with commonly used tools such as Bloomberg, VBA, Excel etc.

1. High level of honesty, integrity and team player.
2. Exceptional attention to detail, able to work to tight deadlines and balance multiple tasks without compromising accuracy.
3. Must be comfortable to work in a fast paced, small team environment with a high degree of individual autonomy.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Demonstrates a desire to keep up to date with industry developments and play a key role in driving their own professional development.
