Founded in 2011, Fasanara Capital is a London-headquartered, technology-driven alternative asset manager with approximately USD 7.5 billion in assets under management and 154 team members across four global offices. The firm manages capital on behalf of an institutional investor base that includes insurers, pension funds, banks, endowments and family offices.
Fasanara is the world's largest player in fintech lending, with more than USD 130 billion deployed since inception. Building on this flagship capability, the firm is evolving into a multi-asset credit specialist, with a platform spanning CLOs, ABS, trade finance, middle-market direct lending and other specialist credit strategies. Alongside credit, Fasanara also manages crypto market-neutral and multi-manager quantitative strategies, combining institutional investment discipline with proprietary technology and a global origination network.
We're looking for a driven, detail-focused and hands-on individual to join our Investment Operations team in London, primarily supporting Fasanara's Performing Credit Working Capital strategy across structured credit, payables finance, receivables purchases and combined AP/AR financing.
You will own facility operations from onboarding and transaction readiness through funding, settlement, collections and monitoring. As business owner of the strategy's internally developed technology portal, you will work with Technology to establish it as the operational system of record, developing its workflows, controls and integrations as the business scales.
You will also support the broader Credit Investment Operations team across settlements, payments, reconciliations, fintech lender relationships, new investment structures, and operational projects.
