Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a small, elite team with exposure to experienced colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Lead multiple transactions and take real deal responsibility within a flat, supportive structure.
  • Analyze, manage, and exit investments, growing your impact investing expertise.
  • Contribute to or lead special projects like market research, strategy, and investment process development.
Talent Skills and Background
  • 2-9 years relevant professional experience, including corporate finance work at major financial institutions (e.g., M&A, Leveraged Finance at an investment bank, or private investments at private equity/private credit firms).
  • Strong technical skills in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with private debt transactions.
  • Interest or understanding of emerging markets, especially Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia.
  • Passion for making a long-term positive impact and applying impact analysis to investments.
  • Aligned personal values and mission.
  • Keen to work in a warm, collaborative culture with high-ability, low-ego characters.
