Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead legal advisor on M&A and integration queries, providing strategic support to the senior executive team on pre- and post-completion/integration M&A matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements, vendor contracts, investment management agreements, licensing agreements, and customer terms and conditions.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate these risks, ensuring the company’s operations comply with legal requirements.
• Advise on corporate documents like SPAs and SHAs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across departments such as product development, marketing, and human resources to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 8+ PQE corporate and/or commercial lawyer, preferably with experience in a law firm or financial services firm.
• Excellent contract negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
