A long-established and highly regarded investment management firm based in Norwich is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join their team as an Investment Managers Assistant.

The successful candidate will support one or more Investment Managers, ensuring the highest standards of service are upheld across all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to Investment Managers
Assist in the preparation of client reports, investment reviews, and presentations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with regulatory standards
Liaise with clients, custodians, and internal departments to support day-to-day investment operations
Monitor and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
Help coordinate account openings, transfers, and related documentation
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in financial services or a similar administrative role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or investment platforms
A professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive information
Progress toward relevant industry qualifications (e.g. CISI) is advantageous but not essential
