Legal & General in London seeks an Investment Manager to join the Risk Sharing team. You will help shape asset-backed solutions that optimise the balance sheet and support group strategy, working with multiple partners to structure, analyse and deliver transactions involving mortgages, property and fund-finance exposures.
You'll build dynamic financial models, assess risk and return, and present governance materials to senior stakeholders.
Competenze
- Degree in a quantitative field or accounting with relevant experience.
- Experience in structured finance, fixed-income, or insurance.
- Ability to build complex financial models for debt/asset-backed investments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent Excel skills and numeric precision.

- Develop asset-backed solutions with internal and external partners.
- Build and enhance financial models assessing risk, return, capital and regulatory factors.
- Design solutions to optimize portfolio risk and investment performance.
- Draft governance materials and present to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Asset Management, Group Treasury, Finance, Legal, Risk and Tax.
- Originating, pitching and executing risk-sharing transactions.
