Our European HW is in London and we are looking for someone exceptional to join our growing team there.

Role & Responsibilities

It's a unique opportunity to join one of the most reputable and fast growing names in private credit lending. The role is for someone entrepreneurial, with experience and ambition to work closely with our Head of Europe in London to grow the European franchise. The person will work on all aspects of the investment, deal sourcing and execution process including origination, analysis of credit investment opportunities, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, managing the investment process from start to finish.

Requirements

• 5-10 years relevant experience in a similar type of role, for example at another lower mid market private credit fund/bank investing in venture debt and asset backed lending transactions.
• Sound business judgement and possess strong people skills which will give you the ability to consult with stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of professionalism and excellent credit analysis skills required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Team player, self-motivated and energetic. But also willing to take initiatives and drive the project forward to completion.
• Existing network with venture capital investors, technology founders in Europe is advantageous.
• Exceptional record of academic achievement.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
