Job description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the financial services industry? We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Manager's Assistant to join our client's West London office and support their team of Investment Managers in delivering outstanding service to clients and prospects.

This is more than just an administrative role—it’s your chance to gain hands-on experience in Wealth Management, develop essential industry skills, and even pave the way towards a future as a Trainee Investment Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing vital support to Investment Managers to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Acting as the first point of contact—answering calls, handling enquiries, and directing messages efficiently.

  • Welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring their visit is smooth and enjoyable.

  • Managing essential administrative duties, including handling client correspondence, completing forms, and filing documentation.

  • Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms for client and prospect engagements.

  • Keeping investment materials, brochures, and product packs up to date and presentable.

  • Monitoring office supplies and ensuring the team has everything they need to excel.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong educational background (at least A-level or equivalent, preferably in relevant subjects).

  • Previous experience in administration—financial services experience is a plus but not essential.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A proactive mindset with high standards for work quality.

  • A genuine interest in Financial Markets.

Why Join?

  • A dynamic role in a respected and ward-winning Wealth Manager.

  • The perfect stepping stone towards a future career as an Investment Manager.

  • Supportive colleagues and an engaging work environment.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm core working hours.
