Job Opportunity: Investment Manager

Salary: Basic to £100,000 plus bonus and full package

Company

A well-established and highly regarded wealth management firm is seeking an Investment Manager for their office in Cornwall.

Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing a book of discretionary private client investment portfolios, executing deals from portfolio reviews, and placing option/derivative trades as required. As a senior member of an established team, you will play a key role in expanding the brand within the region by acquiring new business from your existing network and new connections, and working closely with professional intermediaries. A genuine interest in all aspects of the investment industry, the ability to build and maintain profitable relationships, and the capacity to identify new opportunities are essential.

Candidate Requirements

You should have a solid background as a UK Discretionary Investment Manager and must be qualified to Level 6 via the CISI at minimum. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, results-focused, with a proven track record of closing high-end investor business. Exceptional communication skills and a drive to succeed are essential. An existing book of business is preferred.
