Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a reputable NI Top 100 company as they seek to appoint an Investment Manager to their growing team. This is a newly created role within a true NI success story. Due to continued growth & success, our client has launched an established private equity fund & is now seeking an experienced corporate finance professional to take ownership of this exciting opportunity & play a key role in its ongoing development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate finance professional or someone coming from a private equity/investment background who is keen to take on an exciting new role within a thriving business. About the role…

Our client is a reputable, family-run company who operates across a portfolio of high-value, asset-backed ventures. As mentioned, this is a new role for the team & will play an integral part in the business’s future development and growth. The role will be shaped around the successful applicant; some of the potential areas of involvement include:

• Lead & drive the development of the company’s private equity fund.
• Taking ownership of the firm’s existing investment portfolio.
• Working closely with senior leadership on corporate strategy & investment decision-making.
• Lead on deal origination, due diligence, financial modelling, & execution.

About you…

This is a truly unique opportunity that provides unrivalled scope for career development and progression. To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:

• Relevant experience within Corporate Finance, Private Equity/VC, or Investment Management is essential.
• Ideally you will be ACA or ACCA qualified, but those with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience in deal execution, from origination to completion.
• A hungry & ambitious mindset.
• Excellent communication skills are a non-negotiable for this position.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on & pragmatic approach.
