THE ROLE

Within the Investment Management group which focuses on advising private capital business (including private fund sponsors, investors and investment houses) on their formation and operations.

Their expertise encompasses the structuring, establishment, and operation of various pooled capital enterprises, including general private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds, infrastructure funds, hedge funds, and managed accounts.

ABOUT YOU

A lawyer to advise the firm's clients on the full range of funds work, you will have 1-3 pqe in the London market or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction (although those with less or more relevant experience will be considered on their merits).

The role requires a candidate with diverse skills across the full spectrum of private funds work, including private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure and venture capital funds.

Knowledge of the UK and EU regulation of fund and asset managers will also be helpful.
