Investment Insights Studio Product Manager

Vanguard is seeking a product manager to drive the development of Vanguard's front office research and analytics platform. As part of our Investment Management Insights team, you will play a key role in developing and deploying analytics capabilities and technology that support data-driven investment strategies.

This position requires technical expertise in data and analytics, along with product management experience working with diverse stakeholders and technical teams. Reporting to the Head of Insights Studio, you will help transform our investment teams' analytics culture through innovative capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the development of key capabilities within our research studio environment, supporting knowledge management, analytics, dashboarding, and model management.
• Ensure the research studio environment is user-friendly and meets the needs of investment teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that enhance the client experience, aligning development activities with business outcomes.
• Coach digital product teams on best practices and oversee their support for messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
• Work with team members to promote consistent decision-making and client propositions, engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, develop, and implement new product capabilities with cross-divisional impact, including market analysis, feature development, and implementation planning.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to improve user experience, including assessing AI's role in analytics and UX enhancements.
• Participate in business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
• Engage in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in product delivery and leadership.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
