As part of this graduate programme, you will also get to study an industry leading qualification that will help set you up for a successful career.

What You\'ll Do

Over a 27-month programme, you will:

• Experience five rotations across the Octopus Capital business. You\'ll have the opportunity to work across investment teams in Real Estate and Private Debt, as well as spend time in the Client Group, working on distribution and investor relations.
• Study for a CAIA or CFA qualification.
• Gain direct exposure to investor relationships.
• Participate in our credit and investment committees as you take new transactions from end to end.
• Learn how to identify gaps in the market and structure new funds to help fulfil OC\'s growth strategy.
• Develop your network within the industry by attending webinars and events, and potentially by undertaking a secondment at one of our partner firms.

Qualifications

Ideally, you\'ll be:

• A graduate of any discipline (minimum 2:1)
• Passionate about developing a career in Real Estate finance and investment management
• A fast learner, keen to get the most out of the scheme
• Self-motivated, capable of balancing work and study in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who enjoys working with a diverse team to achieve positive outcomes

Timelines for the Hiring Process

As part of your application, you\'ll be asked to complete three written questions. If your responses impress us, you\'ll be invited to complete a short video assessment.

Candidates who are successful at this stage will then progress to an online interview.

Following the interview, shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend our in-person assessment centre at our head office in London on 4th December. Prior to this, we\'ll also ask you to complete a short personality questionnaire.
