Qualifications

• Experience in private equity or multi-entity group environments.
• Confidence to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Hands-on and adaptable, thriving in developing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations across multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts and cashflow forecasts.
• Lead year-end reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Develop and implement effective financial systems.

Skills

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)

Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience within private equity or investment environments
