Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the firm's objectives. Lead the evaluation and due diligence processes for potential infrastructure equity investments. Negotiate and structure investment deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.
2. Monitor and manage the performance of existing infrastructure investments. Provide strategic guidance to enhance the value of portfolio assets. Collaborate with asset management teams to ensure operational excellence and financial performance.
3. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the infrastructure sector. Prepare and present investment proposals and recommendations to the investment committee. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact investments.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry professionals. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external parties to facilitate smooth investment processes.
5. Assess and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure investments. Implement risk management strategies to protect and enhance portfolio value. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
6. Demonstrate strong leadership skills to lead and motivate teams. Possess excellent project management skills to oversee multiple projects and investments simultaneously.
7. Bring a deep understanding of the infrastructure sector, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics. Utilize industry knowledge to drive investment decisions and portfolio growth.
