The Company:

An established Wealth Management firm specializing in High Net Worth clients and Investment Management.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Investment Desk Administrator to assist a successful Investment Management team with client management for a reputable Wealth Management business. You will support the growth of this team by servicing relationships with HNW clients with investment portfolios.

The Investment Desk Administrator will initiate, monitor, and ensure the full completion and settlement of investment trades, assisting with portfolios.

You will help with the annual review of private clients’ investment objectives and restrictions, attend private client meetings, and support new business development.

Responsibilities include preparing documents for meetings and investment reviews, producing bespoke monthly and quarterly investment reports, managing client communication and dispatching periodic reports such as valuations and tax packs.

You will facilitate client onboarding, account setup, and lifecycle events, ensuring documentation is current and complete.

The Candidate:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in private client support, wealth management, or investment support roles.

Level 4/RDR UK investment competency - IAD (Investment Advice Diploma).

Strong analytical and numeracy skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently, use initiative, and be team-oriented with a flexible approach.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to improve performance.
