The analyst will manage a selection of vendors, overseeing the data management process from end to end and working to improve data activity efficiency.
The position includes a project management component, where the analyst will coordinate with data engineers and technologists on various initiatives, including building data quality processes and optimizing data onboarding and delivery. Hands-on involvement in implementing data quality frameworks, creating processes, and establishing policies to enhance data resources is expected.
Candidates should have 2-7 years of experience in data management, particularly in verifying data quality and onboarding new datasets. Relevant backgrounds include hedge funds, investment banks, data vendors, or software consultancies. A solid understanding of financial markets and derivatives, along with advanced technical skills, is required.
The role offers a salary range of £65,000 to £100,000, with flexibility based on experience. Bonuses will constitute a significant portion of the total compensation for top performers.
