The Transaction Execution Group Senior Associate (TEG) is responsible for fixed income deal execution services across all debt capital markets industry groups (corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns) in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
You will be part of a dynamic, diverse and highly flexible team, and will regularly participate in client activities when leading transaction execution and will have exposure to Debt Financing and Corporate & Investment Banking partners, as well as internal and external Legal, Compliance, and the Commitment Committee.
The Senior Associate will organise and perform due diligence, coordinate all necessary internal approvals, drive transactions to execution and settlement, as well as advise on comfort and disclosure issues in marketing materials.
