About the job INVESTMENT BANKING REAL ESTATE ANALYST

As an Analyst in our Real Estate division based out of our Canary Wharf office, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of Corporate Finance transactions and maintaining strategic dialogue with clients as part of the wider advisory role.

Job Responsibilities

• Support transaction execution including due diligence, document preparation, and liaising with relevant counterparts at the client/other advisers (accounting, legal, etc.).
• Monitor and evaluate current events, valuations, and other financial information on the clients of the group.
• Assist senior team members on client origination.
• Contribute to the origination process for certain sector verticals.
• Build and use financial models and assist in completing valuation and analytical exercises.
• Help prepare presentation books, management presentations, Board materials, Memorandums, and other presentation materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• A degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills (including proficiency in Excel).
