Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and contribute to our Investment Banking business.

Our market-leading EMEA Business Services sector coverage team is responsible for the origination and execution of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions involving corporate and financial sponsor clients in the broader business services sector. The team maintains relationships with prominent business services companies and investors across various subsectors including Professional Services, Testing/Inspection/Certification, Facility Services, Infrastructure Services, Engineering, Distribution, Security, HR services, and others.

As a Vice President in this team, you will play a key role in maintaining strategic dialogue with clients and executing M&A, equity, and financing transactions. You will work closely with managing directors, associates, and analysts, and collaborate with colleagues from other country and product teams (M&A, ECM, Leveraged Finance, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

1. Interact with clients regularly for coverage and deal execution.
2. Develop content for strategic meetings regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
3. Lead and review valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analyses.
4. Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to associates and analysts.
