We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate for their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, ideally from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience will also be considered if they have a proven M&A background and fluent language skills.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within a renowned platform. TMT sector expertise is preferred, but a strong desire to operate in TMT is also acceptable. A solid educational background and undergraduate degree are required.
