We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience will also be considered if they have a proven M&A background and fluent language skills.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions in the TMT space within a renowned team. Sector-specific TMT expertise is preferred, but a strong desire to operate in TMT will also be considered. A solid educational background and undergraduate degree are required.

The role includes:
