Our client (Bulge Bracket Investment Bank in London), is actively growing it's flagship advisory team at the forefront of the Energy, Power & Utilities, and Climate Tech sectors. The team offers strategic M&A, capital markets, and financing solutions to clients navigating the global energy transition.

As an Associate, you’ll play a key leadership role in:

  • Driving M&A deal execution
  • Supporting sector research, financial modelling, valuations, and client presentations
  • Supporting strategic advisory initiatives
  • Mentoring junior team members and ensuring quality deliverables

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong M&A execution and financing experience gained from working in a Bulge Bracket or full-service investment bank.
  • 3-5 years' experience working in investment banking / corporate finance.
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Track record of supporting complex transactions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; other European a plus

This is a Certified Role under PRA & FCA regulations. You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team helping clients align with sustainable finance and energy transition goals.
