• Execution of transactions (M&A) across the Infra & Digital Infra sectors.
• Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A) across the Infra & Digital Infra sectors
• Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations, holding the pen on modelling and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
• Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
