Dartmouth Partners is seeking an Associate for its UK Advisory team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions, from M&A to restructurings, working closely with senior bankers in a lean, high-performing environment.

The successful candidate will engage in industry research, valuation work, and financial modelling across sectors including technology, media & telecoms, consumer, energy, and healthcare, with meaningful client interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A/advisory across sectors.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Ability to benchmark data and forecast sector trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct targeted industry research for investment and advisory purposes.
• Perform valuation analysis of prospective opportunities and assess financial risk.
• Benchmark company financial data against peers to forecast trends.
• Design and develop quantitative models to assess performance of targets.
• Prepare investment analyses and evaluations for senior management and clients.
• Participate in client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence sessions.
