Job summary

A leading Energy advisory team in London is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their ranks. The team has a proven track record across all Energy and Power verticals and is looking to expand following a successful start to the year. Ideal candidates will bring extensive M&A experience particularly in Renewables, Oil & Gas, and Utilities, ensuring a dynamic approach to energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be at Associate 2 or 3 level.
• Ideal candidates possess extensive M&A experience.
• Experience in Energy & Power verticals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A transactions across various Energy sectors.
• Work collaboratively with the advisory team.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
