Job Description:

Overview:We are seeking an Associate to join our Communications, Media & Entertainment sector team. The role involves preparing market analysis, strategic analysis, valuation, and financial modeling for clients in the communications infrastructure sector, as well as advising on strategy and transaction implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in execution of mandated deals
  • Prepare marketing pitchbooks and related materials
  • Gather public information from various sources
  • Create financial models and analyses
  • Generate discounted cash flow and valuation models
  • Build company forecast models
  • Draft marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums
  • Maintain databases and conduct research

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent
  • Investment Banking transaction experience and valuation knowledge
  • Experience in Communications Infrastructure or Infrastructure sectors
  • M&A advisory experience within Big 4 or Investment Bank
  • Motivated, proactive, and analytical with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • CFA levels 1-3 or ACA is desirable
