Job Description:

Pearse Partners is working with a top US boutique Investment Bank, looking to expand their Healthcare team with multiple hires at the analyst & associate levels. The team has strong deal flow and aims to expand support for deal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of M&A transactions across the healthcare sector
• Involvement in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IMs, preparing pitch presentations, modeling, and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
• Supporting senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal background:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in an Investment Banking environment
• Full M&A deal lifecycle experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
