Synthires is seeking experienced Equity/Investment Research Analysts to support a project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and sector research. The work is remote and paid at $175–$300 per hour, with approximately 25 contractor positions available.

Candidates should bring deep equity research expertise, ownership of models, and strong communication skills. Prior AI exposure is not required; strong analytical capability is the priority.

You’ll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research workflows and help improve how AI systems analyze financial markets and investment opportunities.

No prior AI experience is required — your equity research expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities
