Pearse Partners have partnered with a global Investment Bank who are assisting with hiring within their Generalist team. The team offers cross-border M&A advice for mid/large cap transaction. This is a growth hire for the team due to the strong deal flow coming into 2025. Main sector focus will be across Tech, Services, Healthcare and Consumer
Role and Responsibilities
- Production of pitches and investment memoranda
- Production of integrated financial models, financial analyses and business valuations
- Build and evaluate financial models
- Provide support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Production of sector, business and capital market analyses as well as business profiles
Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in investment banking/ corporate finance/ M&A
- In-depth knowledge of valuation, accounting, financial instruments, and M&A concepts
- Financial Modelling experience
