Overview

Investment Banking Analyst, Elite Boutique — European M&A team. The firm seeks to recruit an Analyst to work on origination and execution of deals for clients.

The type of deals you will work on could include mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, restructurings, distressed advisory and other corporate finance work.

Responsibilities

• Work on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, restructurings, distressed advisory and other corporate finance work.
• Collaborate with partners on deal structuring, financial modelling, valuations, deal execution and client interactions.
• The firm has excellent deal flow and is incredibly busy on live transactions right now.

They are very interested in meeting Analysts from the M&A teams of other banks and advisory firms. They are also open to other corporate finance advisors/lead advisory M&A advisors from lead advisory.
