Gambit Search is working with a leading mid-market investment bank in London to appoint an Analyst. You will support execution of M&A and capital-raising mandates, build financial models and prepare client materials.

You will work with senior bankers across the deal lifecycle, gaining broad deal exposure and early responsibility on live transactions within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A or transaction services.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

We’re working with a leading full-service mid-market investment bank that’s looking to appoint an Analyst to its London team. The firm advises ambitious public and private companies on M&A, capital raising, debt advisory and strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises and other corporate finance mandates
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials
• Prepare pitch books, Information Memoranda, management presentations and other client documents
• Conduct financial, commercial and industry research for live deals and business development
• Work closely with senior bankers throughout the deal lifecycle, from origination to completion
