Job description

We are actively working with a London-based real estate private equity fund backed by a large international investor, who is seeking a high-calibre Associate to support acquisitions and asset management activities.

The fund manages a $2B+ portfolio focused on long-income, core/core-plus office assets across major European cities.

You’ll work closely with senior team members on the full investment cycle – from deal sourcing and underwriting to execution and ongoing portfolio management. The role suits a driven, analytically strong professional looking to deepen exposure to institutional real estate investing.

Please note this is an LP back Vehicle NOT A GP

Responsibilities

  • Build financial models (DCF, IRR, lease-by-lease cash flows, sensitivities) for new acquisitions
  • Support due diligence processes, coordinate third-party consultants, and help prepare investment memos
  • Track market data, analyse tenant credit profiles, and support leasing/capex decisions on existing assets
  • Prepare materials for IC, LP reporting, and valuations
  • Assist with asset business plans, ESG initiatives, and operational oversight
  • Engage with brokers, advisors, and JV partners to support origination

Requirements

  • 4–8 years’ experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or advisory
  • Strong modeling and Excel skills; Argus familiarity a plus
  • Exposure to commercial office transactions (preferably long-income/core-plus)
  • Highly analytical, commercially aware, and comfortable presenting findings
  • Fluent in English; European language skills and cross-border experience desirable
