THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners has partnered with a top-performing real assets private equity fund seeking to hire an additional Investment Associate for their London office.

Having recently hired an Associate, the fund aims to add a second investor to support their origination, execution, and portfolio management across various asset classes, including commercial real estate, student accommodation, data centres, and transport/logistics, among others.

The fund is a multi-billion AuM platform with offices worldwide, offering an international and entrepreneurial environment for someone interested in asset-heavy private equity, working across multiple geographies with significant transaction exposure.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking and/or Private Equity, preferably with a focus on Real Estate and/or Infrastructure
• Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen
