The Crown Estate is looking for a skilled and motivated Investment Associate to join our central Investment team. We have recently published our intention to invest up to £400 million in infrastructure through our Supply Chain Accelerator and Supply Chain Investment Programme, and are building our team to support with this.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering our ambitious investment strategy, supporting the UK’s transition to net zero, enhancing nature, and enabling thriving communities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading financial analysis and modelling to support investments in infrastructure, with a focus on renewable energy supply chains, as well as real estate.
• Managing due diligence processes and external advisors across legal, financial, and technical disciplines.
• Preparing clear, insightful investment papers and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Supporting the development of investment strategies that integrate environmental and social value.
• Contributing to the day-to-day operations of a high-performing investment team.
