Investment Associate - Global Private Equity Secondaries Fund (suitable for Analyst 2/3 in an investment bank), London

We are seeking an Investment Associate to join a leading private equity secondaries firm, renowned for its excellent track record and reputation in the sector.

The successful candidate will be involved in the origination and execution of secondary market investments globally.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting due diligence on potential secondary acquisitions
• Performing valuations and financial modeling
• Managing deal execution from start to finish
• Negotiating and structuring deals
• Assessing the strategic value and future potential of secondary investments
• Managing relationships with advisors

Candidate Profile:
