The fund has a proven track record of partnering with management teams to unlock growth and operates across the European mid-market with broad sector coverage.

The firm is seeking to expand its investment team by hiring an Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals on deal origination, execution, and portfolio management, providing broad exposure across the full deal lifecycle within a high-performing, sector-focused platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and execute new investments across Europe within the FIG space.
  • Build and review financial models, conduct valuation work, and prepare investment committee materials.
  • Perform detailed due diligence, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and regulatory assessment.
  • Support portfolio monitoring activities, working with management teams and operating partners to create value.
  • Collaborate on deal origination, execution, and exit planning processes.
  • Maintain market intelligence on FIG trends, competitors, and M&A activity.
Requirements:
  • 2–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy Consulting, with some exposure to FIG transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Interest in financial institutions and the regulatory environment.
  • Excellent commercial acumen to assess business models and value drivers.
  • Motivated, collaborative team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
