Job Description:

We are working with a European family office to place an investment professional in their London-based team. The family office has a strong record in industrials and infrastructure and is expanding into renewable energy markets.

The ideal candidate would have closed deals across Europe with exposure to these sectors.

The client is willing to sponsor candidates but will not relocate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private and public investment opportunities
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments
• Prepare investment committee materials and support internal decision-making
• Perform market, sector, and competitive research to support investment theses
• Engage with fund managers and co-investment partners as part of the private markets strategy
• Support portfolio monitoring and contribute to strategic initiatives

Key Qualifications

• 18-24 months of experience in M&A investment banking at a leading financial institution
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; detail-oriented with sound judgment
