Job summary

Seven Investment Management LLP is seeking an Investment Associate support role to assist Investment Directors with portfolio analysis, investment proposals and client servicing within the Discretionary and RIS framework. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with IFAs and clients in the Greater London region.

You will help with daily cash reconciliations, investments, payments and client inquiries, and contribute to annual client reviews and tax tasks while maintaining CRM records

Qualifications

• Knowledge of discretionary investment management administration.
• Pershing systems and Microsoft Office experience beneficial.
• CISI Level 4 IAD is desirable; support is provided to those who are or become qualified.

Responsibilities

• Assist Investment Directors in preparation for new business meetings and draw up investment proposals.
• Support prospecting and sign-up of new IFA firms and clients for discretionary/RIS services.
• Assist IDs in prospecting and sign-up of new business from signed-up IFA firms.
• Support IDs in achieving discretionary/RIS targets for new business, revenue and attrition.
• Oversee asset set-up/transfer for new Discretionary/RIS clients and manage closing processes.
