Job summary

Seven Investment Management in the United Kingdom is seeking an Investment Associate to support Investment Directors in servicing, managing and growing a panel of IFAs and clients who use 7IM's Discretionary Investment and RIS services.

You will assist with portfolio analysis, prepare investment proposals, and support the sign-up of new IFA firms and business. You will also help with asset transfers, client reviews and tax tasks while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication to clients and wealth managers.
• Numeracy skills to understand financial data and reports.
• Ability to learn new systems and input data accurately.
• Relationship-building skills to support clients and IFAs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Investment Directors in preparation for meetings, analysis of portfolios and drawing up proposals.
• Support prospecting and sign-up of new IFA firms and new business.
• Manage daily investment associate tasks including cash reconciliations, payments, and client queries.
• Oversee set-up and transfer of assets for new discretionary/RIS clients and related reviews.
• Contribute to client reviews, CRRs and action points from reviews, and annual tax tasks.
• Adhere to SMCR conduct rules and FCA Consumer Duty principles.
