Job summary

Recruit UK, in partnership with a respected Wealth Management firm, is seeking an Investment Assistant in Norwich. You will support Investment Managers by preparing portfolio reviews, performance reports, investment presentations and client communications, ensuring accurate meeting documentation.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £38,000 DOE, hybrid working, 25 days annual leave, private medical insurance and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or client support roles within financial services.
• Working towards CISI Level 3 qualification is advantageous.
• Aiming for CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma expected.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Managers with portfolio reviews, performance reports, investment presentations, client communications and meeting documentation.
• Assist with portfolio management and operations including trade execution, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory/compliance tasks.
• Build and maintain client and intermediary relationships and support new business opportunities.

Recruit UK is working with a well-respected Wealth Management firm in Edinburgh, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Investment Assistant to join their growing team.

As an Investment Assistant you will play a key role in supporting Investment Managers in delivering exceptional client service by preparing portfolio reviews, performance reports, investment presentations, client communications, and meeting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio management and operations, including trade execution, portfolio monitoring, account administration, KYC/CDD processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Build and maintain client and intermediary relationships, preparing proposals for prospective clients, conducting investment research, and supporting new business opportunities

Skills and experience required
