A private investment business is looking for an Investment Analyst.

Your new company

Part of a 2bn turnover group, this role is part of a private investment business focused on multi-asset investments, including Real Estate, mainly for Family Wealth. The overall AUM is circa 1bn, and this would be a senior role in a lean team.

Your new role

As an Analyst, your focus will be on analyzing the current investment portfolio and acquisition opportunities, reporting to the investment teams, and owning project budgets. You should be comfortable working in a growing investment team, supporting business needs, and delivering highly commercial and operational outputs.

What you'll need to succeed

You should come from an investment or accounting background with experience in financial analysis and modeling, ideally in real asset sectors like Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Energy. Demonstrating the ability to work independently and produce strategic information to support decision-making is essential. Valuations experience would be highly desirable.
