Job summary

Dartmouth Partners is seeking an Investment Analyst in London to support end-to-end financial modelling, valuation and investment strategy for a digital infrastructure platform backed by private equity.

You will work directly with senior leadership including CFO/CIO on deals, committee outputs and portfolio performance, developing a master model, KPI dashboards and decision-ready outputs for the Fund Investment Committee.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in infrastructure/real estate/private equity analytics.
• Experience in underwriting and investment committee environments.
• Background in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong quantitative discipline and finance/economics background.

Responsibilities

• Provide modelling support for bidding, valuation and capital allocation.
• Develop master model and KPI dashboards for senior management.
• Prepare IC materials and support deal origination and pipeline management.
