About the Role
As a Private Debt Investment Analyst at Swiss Re, you will play a key role in supporting and shaping the Private Debt asset class. Your responsibilities will span both strategic and operational dimensions, including the development and oversight of the long-term investment strategy and operating model. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day management of the portfolio, contributing to investment selection, portfolio steering, performance monitoring, and risk assessment. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on disciplined risk management and continuous improvement.

About the Team
The Private Debt team is a diverse and global team of investment professionals located in New York, Zurich, and London part of the Private Investments unit in Swiss Re Group Asset Management. We are a core function within Swiss Re Asset Management, responsible for managing private debt portfolios for Swiss Re's own balance sheet. The team consists of dedicated specialists overseeing and transacting in Infrastructure, Commercial Mortgage, Mid-Market Loans, and Private Asset-Backed Finance across a global portfolio.

You bring strong analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment. Your solid project management capabilities and keen attention to detail enable you to drive tasks effectively from concept to completion. In addition, your effective interpersonal and communication skills support successful collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
