Greenwich Partners is currently working with a very successful private equity, advisory, and investment group.

They are now looking to recruit an Investment Analyst to their team, who will work on the execution of investments for the fund as well as corporate finance advisory mandates for specific clients.

The role involves working as an analyst and fully participating as a team member in almost all stages of the deal process. Analysts are involved in developing financial models, performing complex analyses, and working on due diligence of potential investment opportunities and M&A work.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

• Being a full member of a very successful team handling private equity, VC, and corporate finance assignments
• Developing financial models for prospective investments
• Assisting in due diligence and transaction execution of prospective investments
• Post-investment monitoring, financial return projection, and funding gap assessment

The candidate

The successful candidate will have a background such as:

• Investment banker from a leading investment banking firm
• Strategy consultant from a firm like Strategy&, Parthenon, OC&C
• M&A advisor from a leading accounting firm/ACA
