Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and refine financial models for live and prospective developments.
2. Conduct returns analysis, risk assessment, and corporate structuring.
3. Lead financial modelling and structuring of bid proposals.

Ideal Candidate:

1. 3-5 years’ experience in real estate investment, development, or finance.
