Job summary

Higher Capital Consulting is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its real estate investment and development platform. The role focuses on underwriting and financial modelling for acquisitions and development appraisals, with exposure to living sector and mixed-use schemes.

You will work closely with senior decision-makers to appraise opportunities and support transactions through all stages of the investment process.

A privately owned real estate investment and development platform is looking to appoint an Investment Analyst to join its team. With a proven track record across c.£1bn of development value, the business has invested in, funded and delivered complex projects across London and the South East. Entrepreneurial and well-capitalised, it focuses on planning-led acquisitions, joint ventures and forward funding structures, with an active pipeline across the living sector and mixed-use opportunities.

The role is underwriting-focused, with scope to develop into a full lifecycle position as you grow with the business. Working closely with senior decision makers, you'll play a key role in appraising new opportunities and supporting transactions through each stage of the investment process.
