Role Overview

• Position: Buy-Side Analyst – Full-Time, Remote
• Commitment: 40 hours per week
• This role focuses on research, financial modeling, and portfolio monitoring. Your work will directly influence portfolio allocation and capital deployment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth financial analysis using DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions.
• Conduct industry and company research with an emphasis on AI and technology sectors.
• Prepare investment memos, theses, and committee presentations to support decision-making.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track risks, and analyze macro/sector developments.
• Support due diligence on private investments and partnerships.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or advanced degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in buy-side research, asset management, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Familiarity with financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, FactSet).
• Clear communication, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
